Trainee, Technical Project Manager
What you will learn and contribute to
The Technical Project Management Trainee will take ownership of the project management activities for the Network Integration Projects relating to the Network as Code Platform. You will be responsible for managing the project management office (PMO) for the network integration projects working closely with the product teams and the local teams across Nokia regions. This role will be responsible for coordinating project activities to ensure that we minimize integration issues and deliver on project targets.
As part of our team, you will:
• Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Coordinate Technical investigation, solution design and inputs from product subject matter experts
• Determine and define project scope and objectives as agreed with project sponsors
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or as per project change processes
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Your skills and experience
You have:
• Experience with telecommunications project delivery
• Knowledge of software delivery projects
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
• Knowledge of project documentation and coordination of activities
• Has a good command of the English Language and can communicate effectively during presentations.

It would be nice if you also had:
• Excellent writing, editing, collaboration, and communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly and make technical content easy for non-technical audiences to understand
• Experience with managing projects, reviewing your own work with others and communicating status proactively
• Self-starter with a hands-on approach, a good sense of prioritization and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment\
