Payroll Specialist
What you will learn and contribute to
Payroll Specialist is responsible for handling the monthly payroll activities in different countries Europe-wide. We are looking for an expert who will support payroll related data collection, data maintenance and collaboration with external payroll provider to grant punctual and safe payroll delivery.
Main Responsibility Area
Payroll Specialist required to perform but not limited to the below tasks:
- Maintaining the payroll by collecting and collating of data
- Consolidation of relevant payroll related data for further processing
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Maintaining data in payroll system
- Ensuring accurate and secure payroll delivery
- Keeping delivery deadline based on annual payroll calendar
- Creating and controlling payroll related reports
- Preparing SOX files and cooperate with SOX responsible
- Tracking changes in local legislation and initiating revision in local payroll processes according to the global approach
- Supporting payroll related audits and authority inspections
- Tracking down discrepancies and collaborating with other HR colleagues and employees
- Manage employee queries via internal ticketing tool
- Supporting time management system
- Providing expertise for country-specific payroll questions
- Preparing and control payroll related financial accruals
- Creating and controlling payroll related reports to authorities
- Aligning common action with local F&C if needed
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 0-3 years’ experience
- Fluence written and oral communication in English
- MS Office knowledge required
- Highly proactive and precise working style
- Team player with a transparent communication style
It would be nice if you also had:
- SAP HR module and/or ADP GlobalView experience is an advantage
- Other European language knowledge is an advantage but not requirement
