Your skills are in demand. We need you to:

/ Structure the electrical component portfolio and identify gaps based on VIN product strategy

/ Analyze semiconductor technology trends and evaluate industry related market research reports and identify 

       VIN relevant technology innovations in semiconductor and electronic component fields

/ Work out New Component Introduction project proposals including business potentials, benefits, timeline and resource   needs, frequently present these plans to relevant category teams

/ Establish knowledge base based semiconductor technology radar, map the trends and innovation and frequently report   it out to senior management

/ Be Technical advisor in component selection in VIN product development projects

/ Co-operate with Strategic Purchasing to evaluate and rank the component suppliers

/ Create technical reports, component promotion and component benchmark materials for Sales and Marketing purposes

/ VIN technical representative for semiconductor and passive component suppliers

/ Actively work with suppliers in improving technology developments. Ensure that all necessary technical documentation   is maintained in an up-to-date stat

Your credentials are persuasive. You have:

/ Min 5 years’ experience in power semiconductor industry

/ Degree of Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering or any semiconductor relevant STEM

/ Competent in semiconductor physics, negotiating and presentation, market research and technology analysis

/ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of both internal and with suppliers / Ability to work in a cross-functional environment

/ Proven track record of his/her technical background, business development and strategy building skills;   power semiconductor experience is an advantage

/ Knowledge of processes of semiconductor and electronic component manufacturing, Technical evaluation techniques 

                (FMEA, CP, DOE, PPAP, MSA, statistical analysis, etc.) / Excellent command of English language
