Key responsibilities are to:

• Translate functional design into technical solution

• Create and maintain documentation, version-track changes

• Develop applications, write code in a clear, structured and standard

• Use team- and coding standards in code writing and documentation

• Track automation projects, benefits and give regular updates

• Estimate work and deliver on promise, keep timelines

• Participate on meetings, customer facing events, support the business analysts

• Lead and support UAT and Hypercare periods

• Continuously develop own skills, follow-up on new technologies, programming languages, releases and methodologies

• Design and develop automation performance dashboards on demand

Skills/ Qualification/ Experience

• Aware of Agile and Scrum principles and processes. Able to adopt Agile manifesto and principles in everyday work:

  • Customer centric: High level of focus to customer demands, strong collaboration and personal interactions.

  • Flexible: Able and willing to respond to change over following a plan.

• Experienced in using RPA platforms is required, preferably UiPath

  • Skilled in using UiPath Studio, building transactional processes, knowing advanced actions, formulas and the usage, settings, parameters of those.

  • Knowledge of UiPath-Orchestrator. Able to deploy, publish packages setup complete processes (including folders, accounts, machines, assets, credential stores, storage buckets, queues, etc.)

  • Knowing additional services like etc. AI Center, Document Understanding, Apps, Integration Service is an advantage.

• Have knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps with special focus on Build Apps and Automate Processes (Flows).

• Experience with SQL databases (MS SQL Server Manager, T-SQL)

• Experienced in automation documentation: understand SOPs/Desktop Procedure Documents, Process Design Document, Process flows. Able to create Technical Artifacts.

• Experienced in GitHub; Understanding of branches, handling Issues, etc.

• Have SharePoint experience including building workflows, lists, web parts, etc. SharePoint programming (using web-based languages, APIs, SharePoint services) knowledge is an advantage.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP, JD Edwards, Salesforce, Navision, etc.) is an advantage

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel formulas and tools). VBA and VB knowledge are an advantage.

• Web-programming experience is an advantage (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular).

• Have some experience in designing and building dashboards in power BI or any relevant reporting tools/platforms like Tableau, Google Charts, etc. is an advantage

• Service oriented approach and personal drive to learn

• The individual should have high energy with the ability to organize/priorities workload

• English language skill is required for this role
